Four cars bombed in Kyiv in 14 months

Car bombings in Kyiv, killing Sheremet, Shapoval and Makhauri, suggest the need to refresh the basics of civil defense in Ukrainian society. Spread of the tactical medicine basics among large population groups (volunteers, students, medics, police, rescuers, etc) might be one of efforts in this direction.
