Conflict between volunteer medics and Health Ministry not closed

Despite lack of military medics on the front-line territories, the memorandum with the PFVMH, whereof the Health Ministry is one of the signatories, and recognition by the ministry of the volunteer hospital’s merits, the conflict between the volunteer medics and the Health Ministry is still not closed.
