First-aid/warming station launched under EC project at Novotroitske Checkpoint
A first-aid station with a warming tent has been launched on Dec. 27 for citizens crossing the delimitation line through the Novotroitske Checkpoint in Donetsk Oblast. The facility was set up under a project funded by the European Commission’s Directorate-General for European Civil Protection and Humanitarian Aid Operations (ECHO).
The project is implemented by Première Urgence Internationale, a non-profit, non-political and non-religious international NGO, in collaboration with the Pirogov First Volunteer Mobile Hospital, which provides medical personnel for the station.
The Novotroitske first-aid/warming station is the second such facility launched under the project at the delimitation line in Eastern Ukraine after the first-aid/warming station opened near the Maryinka Checkpoint, which was opened two weeks ago.
